Managing the outcome, not only the schedule
I understand what the customer needs, what the system can support and what is required to bring the solution into production. I manage stakeholders and dependencies using a clear task matrix that defines responsibilities, tasks, interfaces and dependencies between the different parties in the project. Practical familiarity with multiple roles and workflows helps me identify bottlenecks, friction points, responsibility gaps and risks in advance, understand their impact on the project and act to remove blockers while maintaining continuous progress.
